How does the 14 day free trial work?

Sign up and get full access to your plan for 14 days — completely free. We'll notify you before your trial ends so you can decide if you want to continue, and you're always in control of whether you get charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel anytime, no questions asked. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle. We don't offer refunds for remaining days in a paid monthly cycle, but you'll never be charged again after canceling.

How does the Family plan handle more than 2 kids?

Every Family plan includes 2 kids at the base price. Need to add more? It's just $3 per additional child per month. So a family with 4 kids on the $49 Family Full plan pays $49 + $6 = $55/mo total. Simple, fair, no surprises.

How do I qualify for Community pricing?

Community pricing is verified by document — an EBT card, Medicaid enrollment letter, or most recent tax return showing household income. Free tier is available to households earning under $25,000/year. $9/month is available to single parent households. $19/month is available to households earning under $50,000/year. If you're unsure whether you qualify, just reach out — we'll work something out.

What happens after my trial ends?

We'll send you a reminder 3 days before your trial ends. If you choose to subscribe, your card is charged and your plan continues seamlessly. If you don't subscribe, your account pauses — your data is saved for 30 days in case you change your mind.

Is my data safe?

Always. Your client information, family schedules, and business data are encrypted and never sold to third parties. AI WithMe is built on the belief that your data belongs to you — period.
